CCCC results are to be presented in the form of scale scores beginning in 2014, and the full score is 200. Based on the Rasch model of item response theory, scale score is the result of sa mathematical equation comprised of the difficulty index of the test items and the number of questions that candidates answer correctly. The larger the number of test items answered correctly, the higher the scale scores. Compared with the raw score (the number of test items answered correctly), the scale score is more objective since it is not affected by the different test item difficulty levels of each test.
